All UK mainland deliveries for orders over £50 are free of charge. There is a £7.50 delivery charge for any order whose value is under £50. There is a £20 delivery charge for the Republic of Ireland, and a £25 delivery charge for anywhere else in Europe.

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days of placing order with us. Black, Satin Nickel, Pewter and Chrome rods in the Premier collection can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

When making payment on our secure payment page you must enter your billing address for security purposes. If you would like your order delivering to a different address please contact us using our online enquiry form.


stair rods returns...

All of our products (with the exception of victorian stair clips*) are custom made to your specification and length.  It is therefore very important that you take accurate measurements before placing your order with us as we are not able to give refunds on these goods. 

*You can return victorian stair clips as they are not custom made.  Victorian stair clips must be returned within 14 days of receipt and each must be individually wrapped and well packaged to ensure they reach us in the same condition as they were when dispatched. A full refund can then be given.

Damaged Goods - Should any item be delivered in a damaged condition, we will refund the full amount, providing that the goods are returned to us within 14 working days of receipt and that all packaging is included.  

Please note: whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of our goods - we can not accept and responsibility for any colour misrepresentations.  Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours.
